Course Leaders
 
Course Leaders should be one of the first tasks you do when starting of with MyCourts Courses.
 
Course Leaders is a category of Club Membership consisting of those people who lead the individual courses. In a Tennis Club it will probably consist of at least the Club Professional.
 
You can chose to use a current type of Club Membership however when you need to select the particular Course Leader for an individual course you will need to select from a list of all those members falling into that category. We strongly recommend you create a special category of membership just for Course Leaders. There is no problem having the same individual in several membership categories however they will need to be recorded for each category.
 
This window will be displayed to you if you have not already selected a membership category to use as Course Leaders.

The window will contain a list of all the currently defined membership categories. You may select one from this list OR use the adjoining window to create a new category to use.

Once you have made your selection from the above list, click here to use that category as your list of Course Leaders.

If none of the currently defined membership categories suit your needs, type in the description of the new category you wish to add.
 
We strongly recommend you use a dedicated category for Course Leaders.
