We strive hard to support our users get the most out of MyCourts. We acknowledge MyCourts is extremely flexible and almost everything is configurable as well as optional. Sometimes you just can't see the wood for the trees!
First of all, you have already downloaded and installed MyCourts. Half the files (in size) that you downloaded are help files so we suggest you use them first. You can access Help from the Start Menu, from MyCourts Main Menu, by clicking the Help button/icon or by pressing F1.

Remote Access Support
In addition to tooltips and an extensive help system, free access to our ever expanding Knowledge Base is also available so that you may resolve almost any issue you may be having with MyCourts.
If you are still having issues setting up MyCourts or maintaining the MyCourts operations then you can send us a detailed support request via MyCourts Administrator. The email generated will include all the details necessary to reproduce the problem you are experiencing with MyCourts.
In the rare case where ypou are still having problems, we are also able to log on remotely and provide real-time assistance however there is a charge for thiis support access. Please contact us for further details.
