An enhancement to warn the cashier that a membership has or is about to lapse
Problem/Suggestion:
Members come and go at the club. Memberships can expire without the cashier knowing.
Reasoning:
Solution/Request:
Program a warning dialog that pops up when the member pays for a court booking. The logic would test the financialto date in memberships against the current date.
If the difference was less than some threshhold set in MCAdmin, a warning would be displayed "Membership expires in days." If the difference was negative, the warning would say "Membership has expired". If the threshold was 0, the feature would be turned off.
