Every time a member is at the club and pays for something this reminder is there to pay up any balance outstanding, or that he/she has a credit. Its just a little visual way of keeping
the members in touch with their balance/credit/debit and can help to eliminate a lot of chasing down members to pay up. It will also be useful for our punch card members who get a credit on account then draw it down on each visit.
