Add member account balance to receipt

Every time a member is at the club and pays for something this reminder is there to pay up any balance outstanding, or that he/she has a credit. Its just a little visual way of keeping
the members in touch with their balance/credit/debit and can help to eliminate a lot of chasing down members to pay up. It will also be useful for our punch card members who get a credit on account then draw it down on each visit.

If the member pays by cheque, cash or on account or other payment method, could that be detailed so that the receipt looks like

Online Web | Events (Delivered In 8.3.0)

When an event is overbooked online, I would like to change the text in the pop up box to different wording.

Printer Selection

At present the printer is setup using MyCourts Administrator. If the paper jams etc then it would be quicker if we could setup the printer from MyCourts main program.
